Hi,

I live in Ottawa, Canada and my lawn has been invaded by all sorts of weeds, dandelions, broadleaf plantain, clover leafs etc this spring.
The dandelions are every where and all you can see are yellow flowers everywhere.

I want to reseed new lawn seeds, what are the steps that I need to do. Should I get rid of all the weeds first and then put new soil and seeds or is it possible just to put a layer of soil and plant new lawn seeds, please help!!
