Have gotten great info in the past from the forum. I need a bit of help determining the type of grass and some help on how to get it filled in.

First off I think I have a Tall Fescue Grass, could someone confirm.

Also it's very thin. Over seeded (but not well obviously last year in Spring). So some advice would be appreciated

Located in Northern Nevada at 4500 feet.

Water every 5 days

Lawn was put down via seed and local top soil 4 years ago. Bought seed from a local seed guy but can't find him or a receipt of what type of seed.

Mow at 3 inches

Any Help with how to fill this in would be great.
