Hello, I over seeded my rye grass about a month ago with centipede grass seeds I dont think its growing. I have a full sprinkler system and I water ever morning at 6am. I think the seeds did not make a good contact with the ground. I really dont know what I should do, My main goal is to have the centipede grass growing before the rye grass dies off, as it gets hotter the rye grass is dying more and more. I have about 4 pounds of centipede grass seeds left so I only have one more chance to get this right or I would have to spend more money on seeds, and we all know how expensive they are. Here are a few photos of what my backyard looks like now. It seems like the mulch is stopping the seeds from growing but thats my opinion. Is there any other type of method I should try?
