| We bought a house a year ago and the lawn (on a slope) is getting worse and worse. We would prefer to seed as sod always looks so unnatural. You can also see (in the background of the second photo) where the city did some work and attempted to reseed our lawn as well.
Any suggestions for what we can do or products that can help full in this space? Thanks for your replies. |

| eeerrrr.... eroding Sorry for the typo :) |

| It is hard to sprout grass seed in an eroding area without great effort and a little luck. In your area I would reshape the slope to a gentle outside curve by adding some soil. Then place sod tightly with no gaps and repair any areas that erode before the sod can get well rooted. |

| Around here they use a covering that looks like coarse burlap to hold soil in place while seeding on slopes. |
