Please help me identify this weed.

Hi everyone, I'm having major problem with this weed. They are taking over my lawn and nothing seems to help to get rid of it. I have tried weed-b-gon and most of the other weeds are wilting but not this stubborn one. Please help me identify it and tell me what should I do to keep it under control. Many thanks!
