Fescue Infestation of Zyosia Grass

Several years ago we laid all new Zyosia grass on our yard, over the years we have had various landscapers take care of our yard and it bacame infested with Fescue. We hired a Tru-Green type company that told us they could eliminate it but after a year the Fescue is the healthiest part of the yard and we are totally frustrated. Is there anything out there that will eliminate Fescue but not kill the Zyosia that we spent a bunch of money on?

Certainty herbicide is indicated for tall fescue control in Zoysia.

This strongly indicates improper maintenance practices of your Zoysia. Zoysia is like Bermuda there is not much that can compete with it.

How often and what height are you mowing at?
How often and how much water are you applying?
When and how much fertilizer are you using?
