Help with lawn damage

I have a new lawn 3y old. Sprinklers and fertilized 3-4x per year. Mow at4-5cm. Despite this I have several areas of damage - looks like dog urine burns but defineately not dogs.
Could be fungus? I checked and couldn't see any grubs
