i am shocked. next door neighbor usually mows once a month. has never applied weed control in 20yrs. has never raked lawn. i have a huge maple on property line and their yard is carpeted with leaves each fall. so today they had a lawn service apply weed control. i am shocked. we had a rare talk last year and they asked about my weed control program. maybe things are looking up.

If you're shocked now, just wait until next month when the sign in their yard reads, "Yard of the Month".

they rented out house for a few years. renter actually mowed. than the house was empty for almost 1 yr. i mowed their large yard to at least knock weeds down. the last few years they started mowing more often. i recall 1 month they mowed twice. i was very surprised. never recalled seeing that schedule before. i heard a rumbling outside. what the heck was that? oh my gosh. they are mowing. woohoo.
