| Hello from Massachusetts,
We just purchased a home and are trying to get the yard acceptable for our wedding next year. The yard has been neglected for years. There is this weed growing in the lawn. When you mow the lawn, these chutes are left, which are quite hard and firm... so much so that it is uncomfortable to walk on. Please help me identify what it is. Hopefully there is something selective that I can use on it. The "sharp" part I am referring to is the tallest part of the plant.
