We moved to this house in Plano, TX and had a lovely yard until we were here for a little bit. We have a mixture or St augustine and Bermuda grass. The area as pictured in the photo my boyfriend decided to rack up because it was a bunch of dead augustine runners and no other grass. He then sprinkled Bermuda grass seed and we have been watering everyday and it has rained a butt load the last couple days. Well I don't think this is going to work because the dogs are constantly walking over it and they have also made a trail around the side of the yard that you can't see in the pic. So we need some ideas. I want to concrete half the yard... Lol. He wants to lay papers in the ground where there are trails. Help please!
