Can you help id these weeds and grass?

I was wondering if anybody can identify my grass and weeds for me. I have no clue what grass was planted at my house when it was built and I would like to improve my lawn. I can't tell if I have one or two types of grasses. I know they grow differently due to light shade conditions an probably better soil.

As you can tell, far too many weeds! Thanks for the help,

Scott

Grass 1 looks like perennial ryegrass (a nice lawn grass).

Grass 2 looks like tall fescue (more of a pasture grass).

Weed 1 is some type of bunch grass (growing where you don't want it). You can either pull this or hit it with a shot of grass killer).

All the rest are common broadleaf weeds (easily susceptible to Weed-B-Gone, Weed & Feed, etc.)
