Good morning!

I am in the process of taking trees down and putting a pool in my back yard. I already moved my shed to a new location as well. After the pool is up I am going to need to work on my lawn. Its a little less than a 1/4 acre in the back. Where I do have grass its patchy and seems to have lots of indents, holes, and divets. So I know I need to level it all off first!

I want to be able to have a lawn and yard that my dog and kids can enjoy without getting all dirty and rolling an ankle. I am down for some work just not sure where to start or what type of seed to use. I live in New Hampshire and like I said I want something that will be tough and stand up to three growing boys playing on it.

Please help!!
