They are not unusual and are a sign of healthy soil (OM). Any fungicide that would kill them will also do damage to soil web health. They wont hurt your turf grass and if you find them unattractive, just use the back of a rake before mowing and mulch them into the soil. Treat them as you would your grass's seed heads.

I don't know if you've been getting a lot of rain but I normally see them in my yard after a rain or in the morning with the dew. As the sun comes out and it gets hot, they normally "disappear." I don't know if they dry out or what but they never make it a full day. That may or may not be helpful to you. Good luck.
