Pretty sure that is just clover.

Looks like an ornamental form of oxalis. The non ornamental ones are much brighter green. Have you seen yellow flowers on it?

It will be a problem for bermuda. How do you feel about pulling it out? It should pull easily.

Bingo Dave! I have seen yellow flowers. I have tried pulling as much as possible. This stuff is invasive. Any other solution?

Might try Celcius herbicide.

It requires one of the higher rates, and multiple apps, but they have it labeled for oxalis.

Thanks! I just ordered some.

OK. I received the Celcius. The label says to use .113 oz. per 1k sq.ft. What does this mean dillution wise, per gallon of water? It is a powder too.

Oh...and do I need to use MSO or a surfactant?

"For spot applications, add the specified product rate of 0.057-0.113 oz (1.6-3.2g) to enough water to create approximately 1 gallon spray solution. One gallon of spray solution will treat up to 1,000 sq ft.
For maximum weed control with broadcast applications, add non-ionic surfactant (NIS) or methylated seed oil (MSO) at recommended rate to the spray solution. For spot applications, use 0.25 percent v/v of NIS or MSO in the spray solution."

Here is a link that might be useful: Celsius Label
