McLane reel mower cuts uneven. HELP!!!

I have a Mclane 20" reel mower. I seeded with Princess 77 in the summer of '11 when I built the house. Bought a reel as soon as I planted. I have been really happy with the grass, but the mower sets slightly lower on one side causing it to leave stripes on the high side. I over lap my cuts by about 1/2 the mower width which helps, but it still drives me NUTS! What can I do to level this up? It seems like the rear wheels are out of adjustment to me. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If your mower is higher on one side, and out of adjustment, what's preventing you from finding out how to true it up, or bringing it to someone that works on reel mowers?

Well, that's kind of what I'm trying to do here. I don't have any experience working on reels, so I've taken it to a couple of different places and they can't seem to fix it. I'm going to try and fix the problem myself now. I was just trying to see if anyone else has had the same problem with McLane's or if anyone had anything helpful to offer.
