| Hi everyone. First off thanks for the help.
I live in Los Angeles and decided to sod my front lawn recently. I want to know what the experts think about both the type of sod im selecting. I was given an option between Marathon and St Augustine sod. But not sure which one to select. The lawn in quetion is the front yard with little foot traffic, little dog traffic. It seems like Marathon would be the choice but wasnt sure.

| Firts let me say I hate SA. The Marathon looks like a version of Tall Fescue. My concern would be whether you can give it enough water, especially as it roots. My bias is Bermuda. Very drought resistant. |
