| That is going to be a tall order. I tried to find one two years ago and I imagine you'll have the same problem in NJ. The businesses that rent them target and limit their rentals to golf courses, schools and established lawn care services. Who knows, maybe you can sweet talk one of them ( I couldn't) or pay a prohibitive premium. Anyway, I suggest you google one of the smaller topdresser manufacturers like E*****n and find a local distributor. Many rent them, but like I said, they are very selective in the entities they rent to (Read: not a chance that a homeowner is going to rent it--they will refer you to one of their clients who they will rent to and who will topdress--I can't blame them, they are trying to protect the client base).
