Urea and compost tea

I am slowly getting my lawn in shape. I'm following the Bermuda Bible and things are looking up compared to last year.

Once I get the grass healthy and the weeds in check, I plan to move away from the urea application in favor of a more organic approach (likely next season). My future feeding program will consist of compost tea and SBM initially, and then just SBM monthly once the biology in the soil is active. (I understand the implications of cutting back on the high-nitrogen fertilizer, and I'm OK with them.)

I'd like to get the soil in better shape sooner rather than later, though, so my questions are about the combination of compost tea and urea. Will urea negate the benefits of the tea or vice versa? If not, would it be better toI alternate their applications (eg: urea on the 1st, tea on the 15th), or apply them at the same time? Should I just wait until I'm ready to make the organic transition to begin with the compost tea?
