You should wait until the weather cools off for compost tea. Compost tea made in temps higher than 75 degrees is as worthless as water. Water at that temp can barely hold enough oxygen for the microbes. When you start to feed them like you do with tea, then they try to multiply. Once that happens the oxygen levels go to zero point zero zero and everything that is aerobic dies. You cannot pump more air or oxygen into the water because the vapor pressure of the oxygen and other gasses prevent the oxygen from getting in. The best time to apply tea is when you have air temps in the 60s. Wait until then for that.

In the mean time you can freely apply soybean meal and urea.

At what point do the microbes "leave" the water that is used to broadcast them and enter the soil ecosystem? If the tea is brewed with 65-degree water, and then broadcast onto a lawn in 85-degree air temperatures, might the biologicals have time to enter the soil before the water temps rose above 75? Is there a scenario that would allow microbes to integrate faster, before the ambient temps made its effects moot? Say a fine mist that would evaporate quicker?

I have not followed the saga of the warm tea over the years. I would think you could apply cool tea to warm soil and expect to get the benefits. The water just washes the microbes into the soil where they will reside. Those which can tolerate the temps will survive.

No issues. Urea is a synthetically produced organic product. The only reason it is not approved for organic use (officially) is that it is produced from natural gas and not urine.

What about using hydrogen peroxide when watering? To add more oxygen to the water... bad idea, good idea?

Bad idea. Hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic that will kill the bacteria and other microbes in the soil. But at the dilutions we're talking about, it might not do anything good or bad.
