How to deter animals from peeing on your lawn??? HELP

I'm consistently having something [dog, deer, etc.] pee on my lawn and cause some serious nitrogen burns.

I was told to use bleach or ammonia on the asphalt as a deterrent is this correct??? or is there something else??
