Just bought my first house this year in Feb with pre-existing lawn. The lawncare people who were mowing it during escrow scalped the lawn before I moved in so it was completely brown. I began watering in spring and it began to green up, but all of this really bright green colored grass popped up as well on about 40% of the lawn. Not sure if it's Crabgrass or what, but I am just wondering what I should do about it at this point. Need some suggestions. I am in the Central Valley in California so the temperature is already around upper 90's every day. I don't want the yard to be a complete eyesore so any suggestions greatly appreciated :).
