I am building a new home that is soon to be completed by end of this month. The sod was laid sometime within past two days and is very brown. It's Bermuda grass. They have installed sprinklers but it still looks dry. They've also planted a tree and most of the leaves are dead and brown. Not sure what type of tree. Are they both a lost cause? Should I ask the builder to replace both? I can post picture if needed. Any advice would be much appreciated!
