Lawn Mowing after 4 days

I had an extremely busy week last week and my lawn went 9 days without mowing. I cut it at the highest height which is half an inch higher than I normally cut it. Will it damage my lawn to cut it after 4 days at the normal height? that will get me back on schedule.

Not at all. That is how you work a lawn back down to the height you like.
