I've burned spots and they don't recover well. I dumped my spreader over and thought I got it all up well still have a dead hole in my bermuda. Yours doesn't seem as bad. I would wait the season out and resod the area next year.

Bermuda always recovers. It usually recovers inside of a month from the worst disasters.

It is hard to imagine how much fertilizer they must have dumped.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, the spreader must have dumped a bunch in that long area. He should have noticed he had an intermittent rotor sooner, and not waited until it broke completely causing the worst area pictured. We could have shop vac-ed that area at least. The service said they would re-sod all damaged areas if necessary, but asked me to wait a few weeks to see if it recovers on its own. I'm willing to give it time and hope that it does.

That is not terrible. I twill fill back in before you know it.
