I'm now sure where this is coming from, but is coming up more. ortho weed b gone w/ crabgrass killer does not phase it.

if i reach down to pull it up, it has runners coming spreading out...shown here

from above looks like

What is the other grass around the weed?

It is nimblewill.
Tenacity herbicide will kill it. Nothing else works

Not nimble weed, but nimble will!
I controlled it with Tenacity herbicide
