Hey, all. I'm a returning member from several years ago, having been without a lawn for at least the past five years. My last lawn was a gorgeous tall fescue that I started from scratch, went completely organic and last overseeded with Southern Gold (I'm in Atlanta).

I'm wondering what new varieties have come out since then, as I plan to overseed an old fescue lawn this fall and assume there are new fescue turfs on the market. Sadly, my search keeps pulling up the same names I recall from 2008.

Can anyone suggests something new and better?
