I live in Middle TN, just got here and my lawn is fescue and junk that has been sprayed and now dying. So... it's mostly fescue now. It's alive but thin after a mild summer. I want to overseed since starting over with zoysia or bermuda (the devil's grass) isn't an option. I spoke with a rep at the Seed Superstore and he recommended a mix of Spitfire, Thermal Blue Blaze and Midnight II. My question is, do any of you have experience with Spitfire or Blue Blaze? He really didn't have much info since neither had been formally submitted for testing.
