Certainty is very hard on grasses, and creates a condition I call "Certainly Certainty Syndrome" where the grass looks sick for up to 60 days. And that's if you stick to the "repeat at 21 days" label instructions. Remember, Certainty is no longer labeled for cool-season grasses because it is tough and the margin between killing Poa Triv and killing KBG is quite small. I know that you are trying to speed things up, but realize that you are flirting with big trouble...

I here you. I think my third spraying will just be the areas that appear to still have active poa A &T. But actually I think most of it has been killed by the tanacoty or certainty. My goal is to overseed in time to get 3 or 4 cuts in with the new seed in time to lay down some nov/dec winter pre m.
