Help for My Sod

Hi All,

I had my sod laid out at the beginning of last summer (June 2012), went through very bad summer. I watered it daily, used Scotts on it two times, once at the start of last winter (~ Nov 2012) and once at the last Spring (~ April 2013). As you see I am not happy with how it looks like.

Any suggestions on what to do?
