best seed mix for front lawn?

Hi. Hoping you guys can help me choose a grass seed for front lawn. Have low maintenance buffalo grass and fine fescues in back and sides, but front needs something with a more traditional appearance. Here are some criteria I would like to meet:

- mostly sunny, some shade near one-story house (north facing)
- finer leaf, darker green than K31 (old tall fescue)
- - low-to-no fertilizer and water input (except during establishment)
- should go dormant under summer drought conditions, but bounce back in cooler, wetter weather
- will not need to endure heavy foot traffic
- green through most of winter
- cut to 3-4" in spring and summer, possibly shorter once before winter
- dense turf to resist weed invasion
- willing to hand-pull weeds
- disease and insect resistant

Any thoughts? Thanks.
