Hi,

I would like to know the name of this grass so I can buy the seeds for my lawn. Thanks.

thanks for your response joneboy. I think the grass that I'm looking for is called broadleaf carpet grass.

broadleaf carpet grass is considered to be a weed. Are you sure you don't want St Augustine? Where do you live?

Oh, OK, I didn't know that, dchall_san_antonio. I live in the tropics (Jamaica). I think you're correct though. A friend of mine has 2 types of grass in his yard: Bermuda and carpetgrass( Atleast, that's what he thinks). I prefer the carpetgrass( Actually, St Augustine) because it grows flat, close to the ground as seen here http://www.wrightturf.com/turf-products-services. You really saved me a lot of trouble as I almost bought weed seeds for my yard. Thanks a million!
