new to this forum. Built a house this summer and wanted a zoysia lawn. seeded on a new dirt bed with some fescue as well for quick soil stabilization. I am hoping to have all zoysia in a couple of years. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to plant late....around July 10. Based on these pics, is this zoysia or just something else? I know it is very slow growing but i am seeing this come up some in the yard that is now mostly fescue. thanks.
