You don't have to. Mother Nature does not go over Her reseeding projects with a rake either. She goes over it with hoof prints. The best thing you can do is just step on all the seed that you see to press it into the ground. But if you step on sprouted seedlings, you'll break them and kill them, so you might want to just leave them alone.

If you seeded yesterday, you're fine to step on it right now--but don't do it any later than today. Fescue can drop a radicle (embryonic root) on day 3, although that would be somewhat rare.

Still, don't take chances.

A lot of us don't rake or topdress our seedings. They turn out fine if you're supplying adequate water and the soil temperature is high enough to sprout and low enough not to depress out sprout--both of which are true in your case.
