That picture is of no real help in identifying your grass. You either need to post very close up pics of your grass blades, or use many of the online keys to help identify your grass. Here are some basic characteristics of cool season grasses.

Tall Fescue: Pointed blade tip. No dorsal midrib. Blade has ridges. Bunch type growth habit.

Perennial Rye: Fused blade tip. Dorsal midrib. Blade has faint ridges. Back of blade very shiny. Bunch type growth habit.

Kentucky Bluegrass: Fused blade tip (canoe like). Dorsal midrib present. No ridges present, i.e. smooth blades. Sod forming grass that spreads via rhizomes.

Fine Fescues: Very thin blades, looks like needles or hair. That's all you need to know, very distinct appearance.

Keep in mind that poa trivialis and poa annua look a lot like Kentucky blugrass.
