Seed choices

Based on reading this forum, I am paying closer attention to grass seed labels, looking for recommended turf brands and weed content. Here are labels from a grass seed available at local stores. All three types of seed in The Top Choice were recommended tall fescue varieties on the Virginia Cooperative Extension list. I know the prep and care before and after seed is down matters but anyone care to comment on which seed mix is better.

To provide additional information, this if for a backyard renovation Yard gets full sun most of the day. I' m waiting for my soil test results to see about lime and fertilizer needs.

My opinion would be to stick with the Top Choice selection. I'm not a fan of heavy coated seed. Everything I have read pointed me towards the tall fescue mix I chose because it's full sun and drought tolerant since I don't have a sprinkler system. I picked an almost 30/30/30 blend with a 90-95% germination rate.
