Another pre mergent question

I live in eastern NC and was wondering when is the best time to put down my fall pre-emergent. I have Bermuda 419 grass. Should I use a pre-emergent with fertilizer or just a pre-emergent? Please tell me a good brand to use for around here to get the job done. Thanks.

I'll ask you the same question I asked the other preem guy...are you using the Bermuda Bible to guide your lawn maintenance? You should have a lawn so dense that no weeds can get in.

Best time to apply is when the fall rains hit.

Get a preem only. If you need to fertilize (and you do), use the fertilizer suggested in the Bermuda Bible. It will not come mixed with herbicide.
