Walking on New seed

Over seeded my scalped lawn with a 3 blend of KBG on Aug 31, sprayed tenacity and covered most of the area with a sprinkling of peat moss on Sept 2. I have been watering 2 x a day for 8-10 minutes per zone. Is it safe to walk on the lawn without causing damage to adjust a few sprinkler heads and use a reel mower to cut a few areas of surviving KGB?

It's not likely that you have any new seedlings yet. Once new seedlings begin to pop, you need to be especially careful not to dislodge them. Walk lightly and try not to disturb the seed bed and don't use the same path each time. As far as using the reel mower, the same advice applies abourt disturbing/damaging the seed bed.

Yes, do it soon, as grass1950 says. KBG takes a couple weeks to sprout, maybe longer.
