NEVER ROTOTILL in preparation for a lawn. When you rototill you can never keep the tiller at the same depth. It hits roots, rocks, hard spots, softspots, etc. and bucks or digs in. It's got 20 horsepower so you cannot control the depth. But after you've fluffed up the soil and level it out it looks perfect. The problem is the depth of fluffy soil is different everywhere. When that fluffy soil settles in three years, it will settle to the uneven profile of the underlying soil where the tiller did not dig in. That leaves you an uneven surface which will plague you beginning about a month after you first mow. Just don't do it. Besides Mother Nature does not rototill before She plants seed.

My eyes are dreadful and I can't read that. It's too fuzzy for me. Would it be possible to get a better image, one I can blow up a bit and see the numbers?

From the looks, don't use starter when seeding.

As for the rest of it, does the test list saturation percentages and a CEC or EC number? I'd need those to determine exactly what to add. Your pH is riding too low, but I can't tell if that's calcium or magnesium offhand as the reported ranges are very close to normal. Which one or the other is not.
