Frost!!!

Good luck to everyone in the Midwest under the frost advisory or warning tonight that has seeded!

Today is day 7 that my seed has been down and still do not have germination (Fescue). Luckily, I'm close enough to lake Erie that it doesn't look like I'll get the frost.

RE: Frost!!!

These short early season frosts are generally nothing to worry about, as they are very short and usually don't cause any damage. It's the hard frosts that can harm seedlings, and those usually take place much later.

I have been covering the areas that I am reseeding. I think I seeded too late but I hope that Tiemco is right.

Very interesting Tiemco. I was under the impression that any sort of frost was a no-no.
