Pre-emergent for Bermuda yard

Could any one recommend either Amaze or Dimension for use on a new bermuda yard. I think that I remember Texas Weed mentioning these products. Both are available from Green light, but I don't know the difference between the two. I plan to apply in the first week of October. BTW, the yard was seeded mid-June, and looks great! Thanks for all the pointers from folks on this forum.

RE: Pre-emergent for Bermuda yard

Both are good, last a long time, but it really comes down to what you are trying to control.

Dimension controls:
Crabgrass (preemergence and early postemergence)
Goosegrass
Annual bluegrass (Poa annua)
Barnyardgrass
Kikuyugrass
Chickweed
Henbit
Oxalis
Spurge

Amaze controls:
Barnyardgrass
Crabgrass (Preemergence)
Goosegrass
Johnsongrass (seedling)
Panicum
Sandbur
Broadleaf weeds such as:
Chickweed
Henbit
Lambsquarters
Pigweed
Purslane
Spurge
Woodsorrel.
