Grassy weed ID and herbicide recommendation

What is this weed? I've applied one application of celcius at the heavy rate and it killed everything but this and another weed I'm sure is a sedge... This weed has a slight waxy feel to it, grows low to the ground and is very difficult to pull the root out before the leaves easily come off. Don't mind the picture, the bermuda was heavily damaged by armyworms and has since been treated and is coming back to life...What kind of post emergent?
