grass yarrow lawns

What to do? Where I live 2-4D is no longer legal. My old lawn consists of grass and yarrow (which I love actually) and is slowly being invaded by every other broadleaf, quack grass, etc weed imaginable. Despite my efforts at overseeding and hand-weeding, the weeds are gaining control.

I believe yarrow is considered a broadleaf. Is there a weed treatment that might spare the grass and yarrow to eliminate all the "schoolyard" weeds in my lawn?
