WNY is Western New York...
Haven't any idea what the grass is; normally lawns around here are a bluegrass/rye/fescue mix.
Highs in the mid 70s for the next week or so; not a cloud in the sky, though it feels pretty humid. There is enough dew overnight that the grass remains wet until noon.

If the grass looks fine, don't water. With temps in the 70s it should easily go 3 full weeks without supplemental water. I just measured 4 inches of rain in my rain gauge in my house on the edge of the Texas desert. When it does rain, it rains a lot. Coming this time of year, that will last me until next spring easily.
