Temps below 50 degrees and new tall fescue seedlings?

I sowed some tall fescue seeds about a week ago and they started germinating 2 days ago. Our weather here in Kentucky is about 10 degrees below the average for this time of year which means the nighttime temperature is already dipping into the mid 40s. I looked at the 10 day forecast and the majority of the time the temp is going to settle into the mid 40s. Will this cause any issues with the new grass growing such as going dormant?

I was also curious as to how long new grass needs before the first frost to be out of danger. I have read everything from 3 weeks to 2 months.

Thanks
