Having planted new cool-season grass, such as TTTF and KBG, and planning to mow to 2 inches once it reaches 3 inches per tiemco's recommendation. Would once a week be sufficient in the beginning? I figure mowing more than that might damage the grass due to the mower wheels and my feet always walking over it.

Also, should I keep mowing it at 2 inches for the rest of this year? Or should I let the new grass get higher the end of the season?

Finally, how much traffic can brand new seedlings take? I've been trying to only walk over the grass only a couple of times per week at most (to position sprinklers, add more seed to certain areas, etc).
