I used glyphosate on lawn 3 weeks ago, tilled, leveled & put down TTTF & 24-24-2 fertilizer on Oct 9. I couldn't put down a pre emergent because of the new seed, I thought about using Tupersan, but not a big fan of it. My question is, if can mow 3 to 4 times by mid to late Nov.,then put down some Barricade, would that be too late to stop any of the Poa annua from coming up. Temps are still 85 to 50 & in the 70's to upper 60's next 2 weeks.

Nope, most poa annua germinates in the fall with falling soil temps. By November anything that will germinate already has (although you can get some sporadic germination in spring). Depending on when your poa annua germinated, you might have killed some or most of it with the glyphosate you applied, but I would expect to see some next spring.

Thanks for the info,I can work with that. I have another issue, I've got small little ant hills with a small hole underneath, but I really don't see any ants, I did see some little things with wings, not sure if they came from the ant hills. What can I do to take care of this, that won't hurt seed germination.
