Planted in late June and came down with some fungal issues in July and recovered nicely after an app of Immunox on the advice of nearandwest.

Looks great!! Where do you live and what kind of grass is that?

Im located in Toms River, NJ. About 10 miles from the Ocean. This particular sod was brought up from Southern NJ which is south of Atlantic City. We are about 35 minutes north of AC. The farm is called Tuckahoe Turf Farm and the mix is 90% TTTF Faith/Wolfpack/Tarheel and 10% KGB Bewitched/P-105/Midnight Star/Moonlight SLT. I love it and its so deep green. I feed it alfalfa and Milo monthly since planting.

Excellent! If you had seeded in June and got this kind of result, I was going to have a lot of questions. With that regimen it should be great for a long time. Have you had a soil test from Logan Labs?

I'm going to get a soil test from Logan Labs in the spring before I apply any crabgrass control for the front and back. If you watch the show Boardwalk Empire on Sunday nights on HBO - the last episode took place in Tabor Heights which is just west of Toms River. The area is now called Holiday City, a retirement development for seniors. Just some trivia that I found out myself this week that I had no idea about - pretty neat!

I'm glad I could be of help for you. So, how's the coffee and the view from the kitchen window these days? :)

Coffees good but the view of the grass is even better! Lol - thanks again!
