What is this? How do I get rid of it?

I couldn't get a real good picture but it looks like tiny pink flowers all over. One single root then it grows into a big circle and it's taking over.

Not sure what it's called other than annoying but I have used Triclopyr on it that worked well. The only place I ever get it is at the edge of the road.

Its a spurge; there's a spotted version and an unspotted version, but they're about the same where control is concerned.
