Will a couple of nights of low temps damage new seed

I live in Ga and over seeded yard 7 days ago. There is sign of new sprouted seeds. Ground temps are around 60 degrees. The temps during the day have been between 58-72 degrees during the day since planting and in 40's at night (low). My concern is we are predicted a couple of colder nights coming up. Tonite and tomorrow 36-37 and Friday down to 30 as a low. The temps are than supposed to warm up again after these 3 days. Will my seed and newly sprouting seed withstand the temps? I have watered regularly and we have had 3 different days of light rain. I also covered bare spots with straw. Thanks in advance.
