| Would it work to plant an artic willow in the lawn like you might plant a tree. It is not common to see shrubs or bushes planted in the lawn area but thought perhaps you could advise me on this. Do you think it would work? Thanks |

| You might have to go to the Arctic Willow forum rather than the grass forum. -just kidding, there is no arctic willow forum, but still, does your question have to do with the possible harm to the lawn or the ability of the willow to adapt to lawn watering and fertilizer schedules? Will the willow be providing shade to the lawn? If so you could expect to see the grass weaken considerably in the shade. Will the willow block the sprinklers? You may need to reroute the sprinklers. |
