When to Apply Winter fertilizer?

I recently, aerated, mowed my lawn. On Sunday I decided to buy "Scotts Winterguard Ferilizer". We have had our first freeze yesterday morning. I was wondering if this is the time to apply winterizer fertilizer. Our weather for the week will be posted as a picture down below
